Bvbx Terms and Conditions – Rights & Responsibilities Platform Members

1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

"bvbx", "Platform", "We" or "Company" refers to the operator of the bvbx online gaming platform, accessible at bvbx.onl along with all related subdomains and applications.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you must provide include:

• Full name as it appears on your official identification document.
• An active phone number that can be reached.
• A valid and active email address.
• Your actual date of birth.

Bvbx enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of an identification document such as a national ID or passport for identity verification purposes, particularly before your first withdrawal is processed.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date. Any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information are solely the member's responsibility.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Bvbx accepts deposits via a variety of secure and verified payment methods, including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

The minimum and maximum deposit limits are as follows:

8 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Bvbx reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Internal business decisions of bvbx.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bvbx customer support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance (not subject to any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bvbx reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, subject to internal investigation and applicable legal requirements.

10 bvbx Liability Limits

Bvbx provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, bvbx cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, disruptions, or vulnerabilities.

Bvbx is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to internet service disruptions or technical issues on the user's device.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Data loss or damage resulting from factors beyond bvbx's control.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers such as banks or digital wallet providers.

The maximum total liability of bvbx to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Privacy and Personal Data Protection
